Relax and enjoy a mindful seated yoga class using a chair for support, while creating more mobility and flexibility. Tone your body while adding relaxation and balance to your life.
A combination of core fitness exercises based on stretching and postural alignments, to help support and stabilize the spine. Performed on the mat to strengthen the glutes, back, and abdominals.
Dance Cardio provides a variety of upbeat music for a fun and entertaining low impact aerobic workout that will stimulate core strength, balance, and mobility.

Participants learn this set with each form without the fan first then with a single fan. The goal is to progress toward learning the double fan. The class includes warm-up and Qigong exercises, applying basic Tai Chi principles to each movement and learning the set safely, with enjoyment. Fans to practice in class will be provided.

Dr. Paul Lam with a team of medical and Tai Chi experts created this safe and easy to learn Program for health improvement purposes. Medical studies confirm practicing the Tai Chi for Arthritis program relieves pain, reduces falls, and improves quality of life. It is Arthritis Foundation and CDC approved and a promoted program for people with Arthritis and for Fall Prevention. The movements are practiced either in a standing or sitting position.

A HIIT walking class using the Tabata method of aerobic training for cardio health. A low impact workout for increased fitness, balance, and fall prevention.
This class uses: weights, exercises bands, or kettlebells in the Tabata method of training. Providing cardio and strength training together in one class — promoting fat loss, improved blood pressure, and insulin sensitivity. Alternating classes upper body and lower body.
